• Please Note: Tour may involve a boat transfer from seaplane to dock at the destination, therefore, passengers must have a reasonable degree of mobility to attend, i.e. climb and descend seaplane stairs, step from seaplane into boat and vice versa
• Seaplane rides are shared, meaning you may share your ride with other guests
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Children must be at least 12 years of age for this experience and have the same menu as adults. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)

• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Sydney Seaplanes will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Sydney Seaplanes works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise.
