• Jet Ski Safaris has a strict cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to departure date. For bookings between 26 December – 18 January and during the school holidays period, a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice is required

• If you are unable to attend on the due booking date, Jet Ski Safaris will do their best to reschedule your booking subject to availability. All group bookings require 7 days’ notice prior to departure for cancellation

• Available every day: Departures from 9am
• Not valid: 2 October, 15–31 December 2023 and 1–26 January 2024
• Please arrive at least one hour before your scheduled tour time for check-in and safety briefing. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Rate is per jet ski. Jet ski can be twin shared (one driver + one passenger). Minimum solo driver age is 16+ with a signed waiver from an 18+ guardian or parent. Passengers must be aged 8+ and have a signed waiver from an 18+ guardian or parent
• Maximum combined weight limit per ski is 200kg and there is a height restriction for passengers of 1.25m (*8+ recommended)
• Participants aged 16+ can drive solo provided an 18+ guardian or parent has signed the waiver and release form prior to safari commencing
• Participants aged 12–15 may drive a jet ski with an 18+ adult accompanying them but must have parent or guardian consent, and is at management’s discretion
• Food and drinks are not included
• This experience is not recommended for those with back, neck or joint injuries. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski
• Please allow for up to an additional 60 minutes on top of tour time for the safety induction, written test and practice ride on the water

Terms & Conditions:

• For passenger safety, it is imperative that each participant driving the jet ski understands the safety briefing video and completes an English written test. Failure to complete or understand will result in a loss of booking and no refund. It is mandatory that all customers must read, write and understand English to be eligible to participate in the safari. Exceptions may be accepted at management’s discretion
• Please note that the time and distance of jet ski tours may vary depending on numerous factors such as weather conditions, water conditions, rider ability and traffic conditions. Depending on the time of the year (peak or off-peak) and tidal movements, the routes may also change
• As per Self Hire and Drive Regulations, participants are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time while on Jet Ski Safaris Skis
• Safari routes are subject to change due to tides, traffic, weather conditions and rider abilities
• Jet Ski Safaris operates in most conditions and can provide wet weather gear if necessary
• The tour will only be cancelled if the conditions are unsafe, in this instance the vendor will offer a full refund or a re-schedule. Jet Ski Safaris watch the radar and forecasts closely on an hourly basis in order to make this decision
