- Guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks aboard
- The White Pearl has one toilet aboard
- Food, drinks and transfers are not included
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times

- Senior rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. No refunds apply if wildlife including dolphins are not seen
- Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Mandurah Boat Tours for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for cruise to proceed. If a cruise fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Maximum passengers onboard is 19 people, including infants
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
