Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.

• Heating is $35 per night for each or $60 per night for both, with a minimum stay of 2 nights
• A full BBQ propane tank can be delivered upon request for $70 per tank
• A Pack ‘N Play crib is available for a one-time fee of $40
• A highchair is available for a one-time fee of $40
• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability
• Buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community
