Metadee Concept Hotel is located in a serene part of Phuket, just minutes from the bustling shores of Kata Beach, with Kata Night Market, the iconic Big Buddha and Phuket’s delicious restaurants nearby. Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB3,800 per person applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Gala dinner. Children under 12 receive a 50% discount. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,800 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Children under 12 receive a 50% discount. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Amethyst from 6.30am until 10.30am.
• Free-flow drinks are available for one hour between 3pm and 6pm at Amethyst and include soft drinks, juice, local beer and basic spirits.
• Lunch and dinner are served at Amethyst. Lunch is served from 11am until 3pm and dinner is served from 5pm until 10pm. Meals are a choice of a four-course Western set or sharing Thai set menu.
• For guests on an Overindulgence package, the one lunch or dinner at Moon Terrace Rooftop counts as the included daily meal.
• Advance booking is recommended at Moon Terrace Rooftop .
• Kayee Spa is located in the Villa Zone, open from 11am to 8pm. Pre-booking is recommended at least one day in advance.
• Afternoon tea (select packages only) is served at Amethyst from 1pm to 5pm.
• Complimentary activity (select packages only) is a choice of a Thai cooking class, a Muay Thai boxing class or water scooter use. The cooking class and Thai boxing class require booking one day in advance. Guests can make a reservation at reception.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
