Credit can be used for food and drinks at select onsite venues (excludes minibar, room service, La Cabane by Dolce&Gabbana, Rachel’s Eco Love and Racquet Snack Bar). No minimum spend applies.
Nightly free-flow wine hour is served at 5pm to 6pm or 6pm to 7pm. Location may vary between Azul Lounge Bar and the Andalusian Patio. The timing and location are subject to change due to weather conditions or private events.
One-time three-course dinner is held at Jara Restaurant, excluding drinks. Advance reservation is required and guests must inform the restaurant in advance that dinner is included in their package.
Welcome drink is either a glass of cava or infused water. Still and sparkling water are also available.

Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
