Getting to Elysian is easy. Virgin, Jetstar and Tiger Air all fly into the Whitsundays Coast Airport in Proserpine from major capital cities.

The resort is accessible via a 30-minute helicopter journey from either Hamilton Island (from AU$330 per person, one way), Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine, from AU$385 per person, one way) or Whitsunday Airport (Shute Harbour - from AU$175 per person, one way). Please get in touch with the reservations team to book your transfer at least five days prior to arrival: stay@elysianretreat.com.au

Please note: Baggage restrictions apply. Each passenger is restricted to one small bag, to a maximum weight of 15kgs in total. Soft duffel bags are required. If you arrive with a structured suitcase, there are duffle bags on-site for you to re-pack your luggage into. Excess luggage can be stored safely whilst you are on Elysian with all transfer options except a direct helicopter transfer from Hamilton Island Airport.

Boat transfers are available from Shute Harbour and Hamilton Island depending on arrival and departure dates. Please get in touch with Elysian Retreat’s team for more information.

If you arrive with a structured suitcase, there are duffle bags on-site for you to re-pack your luggage into. Excess luggage can be stored safely whilst you are on Elysian with all transfer options except a direct helicopter transfer from Hamilton Island Airport.

Nightly three-course dinners are paired with three glasses of wine. Other beverages are not included.
