This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…
You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Standard & Superior Rooms – All packages are valid for two guests
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$100 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed, with accommodation, transfers and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay for free, sleeping on existing bedding (please request two queen beds, subject to availability), with accommodation, Living Reef experience, transfers and all meals. Alternatively, a rollaway bed can be added at a cost of AU$50 per night, payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
A limited number of connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.
Important: The Living Reef Experience will be a guided fish-feeding session with an on-site marine biologist. Two sessions run daily, and guests must book their preferred session at the activities desk on arrival.
Transfers: Please advise our customer service team as soon as possible (at least 30 days prior to travel) of your flight times and whether you will be flying into HTI or arriving into Port of Airlie. The Daydream Island reservations team will then book ferry tickets accordingly.
