• Available every day: Departs 9am–10am; return: 4.30pm (approximately). Departure time varies according to pick-up location
• Not valid: Public Holidays
• Departure Point: Most city hotels or St Paul’s Cathedral, Flinders Street
• Hotel pickup starts are earlier than start time to avoid traffic where possible. Pickup details will be sent with your confirmation email
  • Please advise your guide of your preferred point from the list of locations. Please note, drop-offs are not available in St Kilda at end of tour
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your departure time and be waiting outside your designated pick-up location. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• This is not a private tour, however it is a small group tour with the a maximum of 11 passengers
• Pick-up time might vary due to traffic conditions. If your bus has not arrived within 10 minutes of pick-up time, please contact Around and About directly
• Seat belts must be worn while travelling in the vehicle
• No smoking or alcohol is permitted on the bus
• Passengers are welcome to eat and drink on bus
• Food and drinks not listed above are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 6 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants must be aged 18+ to take part in the tour and provide a valid ID upon request
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• All activities are done at own risk, Around and About does not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on tour
• Around and About does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 21 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 10% applies
• Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 25% applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
