• Jumping/diving from the vessel is dangerous and not allowed. The skipper, crew, charter company and vessel owners accept no responsibility for your safety or for any injury incurred once you have left the vessel

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for the date/location selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Minimum numbers apply for cruise to proceed. If a cruise fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum passenger limit per cruise is 45 people
• It is recommended that if you or your guests have a medical consideration (such as a pregnancy) which may affect your ability to travel, you should get the proper approval and opinion of a medical professional before boarding the vessel
• Any and all passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, parent or guardian
• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Seven (7) days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Proposed rescheduled dates must be within 12 months of the original booking date otherwise you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and requests are at the discretion of Sea Sydney Harbour
• Maximum one rescheduling request per booking
• All rescheduling requests and cancellations must be made in writing to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au
