• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Bookings:

• Reschedules are permitted up to 48 hours prior to your departure. Any proposed rescheduled date must be within 12 months of the original booking date, otherwise you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking
• Reschedules made between 48 hours and 30 days prior to departure will incur a 50% fee on the price of the original booking
• Reschedules more than 30 days prior to departure will incur a 25% fee on the price of the original booking
• Any rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance of the Sea Sydney Harbour
• You cannot make more than one (1) rescheduling request
• You will not be entitled to reschedule the booking to a departure date between the months of November to January
• All rescheduling requests and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au
