• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Fusion Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Fusion Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Maximum 50 passengers per cruise

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to departure date: a cancellation fee from A$100 applies
• Cancellations made within 60 days of departure date: 50% of the full amount per ticket is non-refundable, plus a cancellation fee from A$100
• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure date: no refunds apply
• All cancellations must be made in writing to Fusion Cruises via info@fusioncruises.com.au
• If the cruise is cancelled by Fusion Cruises due to mechanical, safety, weather or reasons beyond their control, a full refund applies

Changes to Booking:

• 60 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
