• After you have selected your calendar booking date, please email your booking confirmation to dine@baynine.com.au with your name, package name and selected date and time
• Should Bay Nine Omakase need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Only one change is permitted

• Lunch available: Saturday: Sittings at 12.30pm
• Dinner available: Friday & Saturday: Sittings at 6pm & 8.15pm. Sunday: Sittings at 6.30pm
• Not valid: Monday – Thursday and public holidays
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional drinks and food, transfers and optional gratuities are not included
• Set menu restrictions apply and substitutions are not available. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Bay Nine Omakase
• Valid for dine-in only

• Rates are valid for two people. Each couple must purchase their own package
• The minimum number of guests required for this experience is 2, maximum number of guests per booking is 8
• Bay Nine bookings are limited and fill up quickly – book early to avoid disappointment
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Bay Nine Omakase abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Dietary requirements: Omakase is dependent on seasonal produce and changes daily. This menu is a curated experience, so Bay Nine Omakase is unable to change the menu nor cater to specific dietary requirements. Food contains raw and cooked seafood, various shellfish, sesame, gluten, dairy and meat
