• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Any cancellation due to weather will result in rescheduling where possible and if not, a full refund

Changes to Booking

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Note: To rebook, a fee equal to the charter fee is payable per person

• Towel, swimsuit, change of clothes for afterward
• Please ensure you have your personal medications with you e.g. asthmatics, heart disease, anaphylaxis, etc.

• Please check-in at least 30 minutes before your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes before cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
• The Wharf complex has four-hour parking available, however you will need to find suitable parking for the tour you are on as some of our trips will be over four hours. There are some unlimited parking spaces available outside of The Wharf Mooloolaba / SEA Life car park, however please keep in mind especially if you are on an 11.30 am or later trip that parking can get very busy. Please give yourself at least 15–20 minutes for parking
• Bookings valid to 13 October 2024

Important:

• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Sunreef Mooloolaba
• Please allow between two and three hours for the duration of this cruise
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are taking prescription medication, are suffering from any injury or illness, you may be unable to swim with Sunreef. If this applies to you please contact Sunreef Mooloolaba
• Each swimmer is required to complete a Sunreef Swim with Whales Waiver before your Swim with Whales trip

Terms & Conditions:

• Humpback whales are wild animals that Sunreef Mooloolaba does not have control over. Whale sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. The following conditions apply for whale sightings:
  • Sunreef Mooloolaba does not give refunds for not swimming with whales
  • Sunreef Mooloolaba does not give refunds for not sighting whales
  • If the Sunreef skipper or crew do not sight ANY whales either on the surface and in the water throughout the trip, you will be eligible for 50% off another Swim with Whales trip
  • A whale sighting from the boat will not count toward 50% off another trip
  • Not entering the water will not count toward 50% off another trip
  • Not having an in-water experience with whales will not count toward 50% off another trip
• Some whales may not want to socialise with humans. Sometimes whales may not be deemed safe or suitable to swim with (i.e. displaying mating behaviours)
• Sunreef Mooloolaba reserves the right to decide to not swim with the whales on your tour. Please respect and understand when this happens. Staff will make the final decision as to whether it is appropriate to enter the water with the whales, in the interests of both guests’ and whales’ safety. Additionally, staff will have the final say as to a guest’s in-water ability
• There is a potential risk of injury as this tour runs with wild animals as such, please understand and respect these environmental factors
• Unfortunately, no wheelchair or walker access due to AMSA regulations
• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times (on board or in the water, also please be aware that they must be strong swimmers for this activity)
• Children under 8 are not permitted on board
• This cruise is not suitable for pregnant people
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sunreef Mooloolaba for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. A minimum of 30 participants are required for this trip to run. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• No drones are permitted on board
• No alcohol is to be taken on or carried off the vessel
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
