Important:

• Please check your booking confirmation for exact departure times – schedule may vary in April pending daylight savings time changes
• One non-alcoholic drink (soft drink, juice or water) per person is included in your ticket. Guests are welcome to BYO additional drinks and alcoholic beverages. No corkage fee applies
• Tours may not be available during Vivid Sydney Festival (24 May – 15 June 2024) – see booking calendar for more information
• Cruises are seasonal and do not operate in winter months (June – August)
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in your ticket
• Boarding requires a small step from the wharf to the vessel – Sea Sydney Harbour crew can assist as required
• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is 30 guests
• Please allow at least one hour for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking to ensure the maximum number of passengers aboard the boat is not exceeded
• A minimum of eight passengers is required for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Reschedules are permitted up to seven (7) days prior to your departure. Any proposed rescheduled date must be within 12 months of the original booking date, otherwise you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking
• Any rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance of the Sea Sydney Harbour
• You cannot make more than one (1) rescheduling request
