- Check in is required at Queenstown Airport in the main terminal 30 minutes prior to departure

- Complimentary pick-ups start 50 minutes prior to departure
- There is no free parking at Queenstown Airport. Terminal Parking A is the closest parking to check-in and costs a maximum of NZ$20 for the day. For the closest free on-street parking please head to Douglas Street or McBride Street
- Food and drinks are not included in this experience. Any amount must be paid directly to the vendors
- The flight portion of the experience is approximately two hours and you will have approximately five hours of exploration time at Stewart Island
- Please allow approximately eight hours for this experience. This does not include self-driving or our complimentary airport transfers
Terms and Conditions:
- Flights are subject to minimum numbers. Should minimum numbers not be met, Glenorchy Air will contact you to reschedule or to organise a refund
- Infant must be 0–2 years old and weigh less than 15kgs to be eligible for an infant ticket
- Infants over 15kgs must occupy their own seat and must purchase a child ticket
- Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air prior to departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits
- Flights are weather dependent. Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability. If you cannot reschedule, passengers will receive a 100% refund
