• Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets are subject to availability
• Tickets will be issued by Luxury Escapes within three months of your selected travel date, if your travel date is within three months your tickets will be issued within seven days of purchase
• The Physical ticket or e-ticket must be presented and scanned for entry into the parks
• Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully, exchanges and refunds are not available

• S.E.A. Aquarium hours: 10am–5pm
• S.E.A. Aquarium open every day through to 30 June 2024
• S.E.A. Aquarium open Thursday-Monday from 1 July 2024 - 30 November 2024
• Please note that availability and opening hours are subject to change without notice
• Participants must arrive at S.E.A. Aquarium Ticketing Counter at least 15 minutes before the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience
• Bookings available up to 31 March 2025
• Valid for the date selected at the time of booking only

Important:

• Approximately 3.5-hour tour in S.E.A Aquarium includes Dolphin Island back-of-house tour and Dolphin Encounter
• S.E.A. Aquarium Map can be downloaded here
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside S.E.A. Aquarium except baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietaries. There is a variety of food onsite available for purchase onsite (own expense). There is a restaurant (Ocean Restaurant) and quick bite corner (Ocean Bites) in the S.E.A. Aquarium. Please be advised that all bags and personal items are subject to inspection
• There are no age, height or weight restrictions for S.E.A. Aquarium
• Food and drink are not included in this offer. Any excess amount must be paid to the vendors
• No pets or animals are allowed within S.E.A. Aquarium, with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities
• Exhibitions and encounters may be unavailable without notice or closed due to maintenance
• Tours are conducted in English

• VIP Experience is subject to availability
• VIP Experience is non-exclusive with a maximum group size of 12 people
• VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed
• Dolphin Island back-of-house tour is weather permitting. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor programs with an indoor program as it deems fit
• No photography or videography is allowed during the back-of-house experience. Photography is allowed in S.E.A. Aquarium general admission areas. For the comfort and safety of the animals, please refrain from the use of flash photography
• Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed
• For safety purposes, participants must be able to walk on their own in order to participate in all of the back-of-house experience
• Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house experience
• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying, parent/legal guardian at all times during the VIP Experience
• The allowable ratio of supervising adults to children is 1 Adult : 5 Children
• For safety purposes, all participants are required to wear covered footwear. All participants are also required to keep all loose items secured
• No photography or videography is allowed during the back-of-house experience

Cancellations:

• Tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the day. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in cases of inclement weather
