• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Exact pick-up times and location information will be provided after booking
• Please note, transfers are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Guests will be picked up from the main entrance of SEA LIFE Aquarium Sunshine Coast at the end of the day to return to Brisbane. Please be waiting at the entrance at the agreed upon time to avoid delays
• A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge per seat, payable directly to Luxia Transfers
• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate is valid for children aged 2—15. Children aged 0–1 are considered infants and may travel free of charge – please advise at the time of booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum nine guests per transfer
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Luxia Transfers is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date
• The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited
