Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 7.30am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Departure/Return Point: 220 Holt Street, Pinkenba, Queensland 4008
• Please check in at least one hour prior to your cruise departure time to collect your boarding pass. Late arrivals and no-shows voids voucher
• Please note: The ferry back to Brisbane departs Moreton Island at 4pm. Please be at the ticket hut at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Depending on conditions, the ferry will arrive around 5.30pm

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Food and drink are also available to purchase at Tangalooma Island Resort, payable directly to vendor
• Please note, quad bike hire is NOT included in your experience
• Use of resort facilities includes onsite eateries (Fire & Stone, beach cafe, coffee shop & bar), two public swimming pools, resort shop and hire equipment (sports equipment etc)
• Please allow up to 11 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• All participants must be aged 12+ for this tour
• Please note, upon arriving at the Tangalooma Island Resort, you must fill in an indemnity form and leave a pre-authorisation deposit from A$50. Pre-authorisations are frozen in your bank account and will be released within five to 10 business days after your tour
• BYO alcohol is NOT permitted as Tangalooma Island Resort is a licensed venue
• Participation in this tour is physically demanding and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose if you are suffering from any injury, or pre-existing medical condition (such as, but not limited to, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions) which may interfere with your ability to participate safely
• Some medical conditions require physicians/doctors approval to be able to participate in our tours and activities. Note: If you do have asthma, you are required to bring your Ventolin with you to be able to participate in the tour
• If you are pregnant, you will be required to obtain a doctors approval in writing before participating Please bring a medical certificate with you on the day, or email it Adventure Moreton Island prior to arrival
• Ferry timetables are subject to change without notice. Ferries are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of vendor for passenger and crew safety
• All tours and activities are subject to weather/tidal conditions and availability. Adventure Moreton Island reserves the right to change or cancel tours and activities in extreme/unsafe situations
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: a cancellation fee from A$20 per person applies

Changes to Bookings:

• 48 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
