  • Children must be aged 2+ to participate in this experience. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)

  • Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
  • Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
  • This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
  • Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
  • Emu Run Experience provides healthy, quality meals on tours. They are able to cater for one of the following special dietary requests upon request: vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free.
  • If you have a food allergy (eg peanuts) please advise at the time of booking and carry any necessary medication with you on tour.
  • There is no maximum age limit on our tours, although some trips can be physically demanding.
  • It is important to note that Central Australia experiences extreme weather conditions during summer.
  • Emu Run recommends that all travellers take out travel insurance to protect themselves from costs of illness, injury and cancellation fees.
  • Tours are run by a guide who will be in charge of making decisions relating to the safety and well-being of the group. Any passengers who do not comply with the tour guide’s decisions or act in a manner where they may interfere with the safety or well-being of others in the group may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be given under these circumstances.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than four days before tour date: full refund less an admin fee of A$20
  • Cancellations within three days of tour date, late arrivals and no-shows: non-refundable. The amount will be kept as credit valid until the end of the season (runs 1 April – 31 March)

Changes to Booking:

  • More than eight days from tour date: A$20 admin fee as well as any difference in tour prices will apply
  • Within seven days of tour date: full cancellation fees and the full cost of the new tour will apply
  • Please note: If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be given.
