- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Queenstown CBD accommodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
- Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

- Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including travel time
- Exact pick-up times will be provided upon booking
- Food and drinks not stated above are not included in this tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
- Children must be aged 5–14 to participate in this experience and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times
- Infant car seats are available on request. Please advise if you require car seats at time of booking

- Minimum two people required for tour to proceed
- Maximum group size per tour is 16 guests
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Appellation Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Appellation Wine Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure date: Bookings will be refunded less a penalty from NZ$10 (per transaction)
- Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Bookings can not be rescheduled within 48 hours of tour departure date
- Changes can be made by calling +643 442 6920 from 8am–8pm NZST time or emailed to bookings@appellationwinetours.nz
