• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and additional drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
• Meeting Point: Upon arrival, please follow the arrival sign and proceed to immigration. After completing the immigration formalities, please proceed to the luggage collection area and follow the exit signs to the arrival hall. An Elevate DMC airport representative will be waiting to meet you, wearing a distinctive orange colour and holding signage
• Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to four passengers (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant)
• Infant & Child Booster Seats: Infant or child seat is available on request for a fee from US$5 per car, per seat, per trip
  • Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees
• All passengers, both adults and children, must be allocated to the bookings; otherwise, the booking cannot be confirmed

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Dubai International Airport (DXB) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions: Three (3) large suitcases and one (1) small suitcase
• Additional charges may apply for excess luggage requiring a vehicle upgrade
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
• Any additional charges are payable directly to Elevate
