• Please arrive at your departure location least 10 minutes prior to your check-in time. Late arrivals and no shows voids offer
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• Scenic flights may be shared with others. Exclusivity is only guaranteed upon request and when four or more seats are booked
• This tour is recommended for travellers aged 18+. Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. Maximum of one infant (0–2) per flight
• Due to limited cargo space, light hand luggage only is permitted
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience. Total flight time is approximately 85 minutes
• Lunch is valid for dine-in only. Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to St Andrews Beach Brewery

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Helicraft Australia. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Flights and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Helicraft tours are based on an industry-standard average passenger weight of 80kg per person for a total weight allowance of 320kg, including the pilot. If the total passenger weight exceeds the total average weight allowance, a larger helicopter or second helicopter or flight may be required at an additional charge
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Helicraft Australia will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Helicraft Australia works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: a 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Any cancellations or changes to itinerary must be made in writing to flights@helicraft.com.au

Changes to Bookings:

• Changes to itinerary made more than 24 hours before departure date: an amendment fee from $50 applies per change
• Changes made within 24 hours of departure date: an amendment fee from $100 applies per change

• Maximum purchase limit of four per person applies
