- Children must be aged 8+ to participate in this experience and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times
- Minimum two people required for booking to proceed
- Maximum 12 players per game
- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes after booking time) and no-shows void voucher
- Please allow up to one hour for this experience
Cancellations
- No refund applies if booking is cancelled
- If fewer players than expected at the time of booking are present, the difference in price will not be refunded
Changes to Booking
- Reschedules can be made up to 48 hours before the game
- Changes must be expressly accepted by Virtual Room Melbourne and are based on availability. An administration fee from $20 applies to all booking changes
