Important:

• The Royal London tour will finish at approximately 12pm at Evan Evans’ office. The rest of the itinerary is at the participant’s leisure
• Westminster Abbey is a 10–15-minute walk from Evan Evans’ office, or guests can take the Underground from ‘Victoria’ to ‘Westminster’ at their own cost
• Please note last admission to visit Westminster Abbey is 2:30pm. Afternoon Tea is served until 5pm in the Cellarium Cafe & Terrace
• Guests can choose whether to take their Afternoon Tea before or after visiting Westminster Abbey
• Your Afternoon Tea will consist of a selection of sandwiches, freshly baked scones and handmade cakes with your choice of tea or coffee
• Hotel transfers and any additional food and drinks not mentioned, are not included and are at the guest’s expense, paid directly to the vendor
• On days when there is no Guard Change at Buckingham Palace, the Horse Guards Parade will be visited instead
• Face coverings are recommended when travelling on board vehicles. Spare disposable masks are available at check-in
• Guests are provided with personal audio headsets so distancing can be maintained when listening to the commentary

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Guests must hold valid ID to be eligible for student and senior (60+) rates, to be presented on the day
• Joining documents will be issued by Evan Evans team members on the day. Guests should present their tickets separately as follows - for Afternoon Tea at the Cellarium, present it on arrival at the Cellarium; for Westminster Abbey entry, please present your ticket at the North Door of Westminster Abbey
• Evan Evans reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule or make other adjustments to any tour departure upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and in any other circumstances
• If Evan Evans cancels a tour at any time before its departure date, Evan Evans will offer, at its option, a comparable tour if available or a future travel credit (FTC) to the value of the original booking

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Please note that the Westminster Abbey entry tickets are non-refundable

Changes to booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
