• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available on request from most Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area hotels. Please advise of pick-up location at the time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• No food or drink is allowed inside the Hoover Dam
• All bookings must be re-confirmed with Gray Line Las Vegas no later than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food and drinks are not included in your tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• All motor coaches are certified by the Department of Transport and are able to kneel to curb height
• The following items are prohibited on motorcoach tours due to security restrictions: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol. If an item has not been listed, please verify with Gray Line Las Vegas directly prior to booking
• Service animals are permitted to accompany passengers, provided that proper and up-to-date documentation is presented
• Passengers with pacemakers are not permitted inside the Hoover Dam due to electromagnets in use
• Please note that if the interior portion of the Hoover Dam is not available during your visit, additional stops may be added to the tour to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged 0–1 years old are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to vendor
• Gray Line Las Vegas shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays, diminished visibility, or modifications to the itinerary resulting from traffic conditions, inclement weather, force majeure events, or mechanical malfunctions
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• In the event that a motor coach equipped with a lift is required, it is mandatory that a notification of at least 72 hours prior to the travel date be provided. Please note that the availability of all motor coaches with lift equipment is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed
