• Please note, there are no set booking times – your ticket is valid for the date selected at purchase and may be used at any time on that date
• Strobe lighting is used in these productions
• If special effects lighting, sound, dark confined spaces, uneven and unstable floors or illusions of height and depth cause you concern, please enquiry with INFINITY Attraction Gold Coast prior to purchasing tickets
• Guests in wheelchairs must provide 24 hours’ notice to arrange a suitable time for admission as a staff member will be required to assist. A carer accompanying a disabled guest will be admitted free of charge with a valid Carer’s Card (or similar)

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for their care, safety and conduct
• This attraction is not recommended for children under 8 years old or for anyone with an unusual fear of darkness
• If taken into INFINITY, young children must be able to walk unassisted. A young child cannot be carried, unless in front facing baby harness. Babies carried in a forward-carrying harness will only be admitted at guests’ risk. INFINITY Attraction Gold Coast advises against entering with a baby or toddler
• Prams and children in backpacks will not be admitted
• Pregnant and expectant mothers should seek medical advice before entering or enquire directly with INFINITY Attraction Gold Coast
• Mobile devices, sunglass, bags and other loose items may not be taken into INFINITY
