Availability:

• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• This is a shared flight with a maximum of six passengers
• Maximum six redeemable per booking
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Hello! Hong Kong will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Hello! Hong Kong works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
• Must be able to walk on your own without assistance during a helicopter ride. There is a 20-step staircase to walk up from the waiting lounge to the helipad and one big step to get into the helicopter cabin
• There are altogether six seats in two rows face-to-face in which four of them are window seats. To maintain fairness to each group, helicopter team will arrange at least one window seat to each group for the shared flight bookings. Sometimes, the seat arrangement may be differed from passengers’ preference as we have to maintain the weight and balance of the helicopter
•  Please note that number one, three, four and six are the window seats, and helicopter team will be assigning at least one window seat to each group. The seat number is only can be confirmed on the flight day
