• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Not valid: Blackout dates apply including 9 & 31 October, 2–3, 5, 7 & 13 November, 10, 15, 25, 28 & 31 December 2024, 1–2, 6, 10, 28–31 January, 1–3 February, 17 & 21 March and 19 April 2025
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from accommodations in the Old Quarter, Hanoi. Please advise accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks and optional gratuities are not included
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

  • Vegetarian: Possible, but tour does visit wholesale wet markets with meat and seafood for sale

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• A Chef’s Tour cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
