- Glass of signature cocktail, prosecco or soft drink on arrival
- Appelation Oysters served natural with a side of chardonnay mignonette & lemon
- King Ora Salmon Tartare served with lemon dressing, chardonnay vinegar, fresh shallots, cucumber, chives & chilli
- Sofia’s famous house-made bread with extra virgin olive oil, oregano & sea salt (gf option available)
- Luca’s Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, balsamic dressing
- Sofia’s Cacio e Peppe: linguine, cream, sea salt, cracked pepper, tossed in parmesan wheel at the table
- Choice of one to share:
- Grilled Snapper with snapper fillet, served with romesco sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, fried capers, toasted almonds
- Porchetta & Creamy Parmesan Polenta with Italian roast pork belly, stuffed with rosemary, thyme, sage and garlic, topped with caramelised apple
- Both options served with Lemon & Parmesan Broccolini with lemon and olive oil dressing, topped with parmesan
- House-made Tiramisu
