Changes to booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Monday – Friday

Availability:

• Available hours: Monday – Friday: 9am–1pm (last sitting time)
• Not valid: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, school holidays or special event days. Special event days include Mother’s Day, Blues on Broadbeach, Cooly Rocks On, King’s Birthday, and Father’s Day. Blackout dates apply from 24 December – 20 January 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 May 2025

Important:

• Valid for dine-in only, takeaway not offered
• Credit is valid per single table booking. Entire value must be used in the one visit for that single booking. Any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date or combined with other bookings
• Vouchers cannot be combined to a larger booking or table. The merging of tables is at the discretion of Management on the day, however it remains that one voucher is valid per table and any extra spending is payable directly to Pancakes in Paradise
• Menu items and pricing are subject to change without notice. Images and menu descriptions have been provided as an example only
• Must order food items if alcoholic beverages have been ordered
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Any excess amount must be paid directly to Pancakes in Paradise
