• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Peak hours: 3pm–6.30pm; Off-peak hours: 8am–2.30pm & 7pm–12am (last entry at 11.15pm)
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2025
• Venue: At The Top, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall lower ground floor. 1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai
• Please ensure you are at the venue at least 15 minutes before your scheduled visit time as there may be queues at the counter. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including travel time
• Children must be aged 3+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 0 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• All persons and / or their belongings entering to or exiting the At the Top will be required to undergo a security check including but not limited to an x-ray examination and / or inspections of bags. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall be grounds for non-admission or removal from At the Top
• No large bags or strollers are permitted inside At the Top. Large bags and strollers should be checked at the Will Call counter prior to entry
• No food or beverages are allowed At the Top

Terms & Conditions:

• The booking is only valid for the date and time specified. Please make your selection carefully
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–8. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Emaar takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable experience at At the Top, however, it shall not be liable for any person in respect of any loss of or damage to personal property or loss of life, personal injury to any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise
