Cancellations

Changes to booking

• A Disneyland® Resort Multi-Day Park Hopper® Ticket entitles a guest to admittance to both Disneyland® Resort Theme Parks over a specified number of days, including visits to both Theme Parks on the same day., subject to Park availability.
• A Disneyland® Resort Multi-Day, 1-Park per Day Ticket, with applicable park reservation, is valid for admission to either Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park each day over a specified number of days. The ticket is not valid for visits to both Theme Parks on the same day.

Availability

• Your experience takes place at Disneyland Resort in California (1313 Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, California 92802, United States). Your experience takes place anytime between 8am and 11pm. Disneyland Resort in California is approximately a 35-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
• Luxury Escapes will email Your Disneyland® Resort tickets within 7 days of purchase.
• Theme park reservations for this offer are limited in number and subject to the availability of allocated park reservations. Reservation availability for this offer is not guaranteed for any date, and reservations may be difficult to get for any particular date, especially as the ticket expiration date approaches.
• To ensure the best availability, make reservations early.
• This experience package is valid for one of the following dates between 8am–11pm:

• Park Availability and Theme Park Reservations Required

Theme Park Reservations and Availability:

• To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) need both valid admission and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park they want to visit.
• Theme park reservations for this offer are limited in number and subject to the availability of allocated park reservations.
• Reservation availability for this offer is not guaranteed for any date, and reservations may be difficult to get for any particular date, especially as the ticket expiration date approaches. To ensure the best availability, it’s recommended to make reservations early.
• Guests with a valid ticket should visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalised. Guests with multi-day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
• Guests with 1 Park per day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
• Guests with a Park Hopper® Ticket must make a park reservation for the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day; then they can cross over and switch between parks on the same day after 1:00 PM (subject to availability). After 1:00 PM, Guests with a Park Hopper® Ticket who have a park reservation for both parks and who have not entered any park yet, may enter either park despite the first park that is designated in their park reservation. Guests should check for updated park operating hours and Park Hopper® hours, as they could change, depending on the day and park. At this time a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change. The ability to visit the other park will be subject to that park’s capacity limitations, operational hours, closures, and other restrictions, and is not guaranteed. Tickets and park reservations are subject to applicable state guidance and other requirements imposed by health authorities and appropriate government agencies.

Age Restrictions:

• Child tickets apply for persons aged 3–9 years of age, who must be this age at the time of visiting a Park.
• Adult rates apply for persons aged 10+ years and must be purchased separately.
• Infants (2 and under) may attend free of charge and a ticket is not required.
• Persons under the age of fourteen (14) years must be accompanied by someone 14 years of age or older while attending Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park.
