• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat. When travelling with two adults, one child (aged 3–12) travels at half price
• Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–2), please contact Scenic Helicopters as aviation conditions apply
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two adults required for a flight to proceed. Bookings of solo travellers will not be a private flight
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Scenic Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Please provide the full names, ages and weights of passengers at time of booking. Reservations are held only when these details are received
• All flights are subject to limitations on passenger and luggage weights, which are required to be accurately supplied for confirmation of bookings
• Scenic Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Scenic Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made one (1) month prior to scheduled departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to scheduled departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours prior to scheduled departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Please note: Refund percentages listed above exclude any deposit or business costs incurred, whichever larger

Changes to Booking:

• One (1) month’s notice is required to change a booking you have made
