Important:

• Kayaking experience is not required to participate in this experience
• Please allow up to 90 minutes for the duration of your experience
• There are no height restrictions for this activity. Maximum weight for this activity is 120kg. Please speak to a Riverlife staff member for further information regarding this.
• The minimum age for the kayaking tour is 8 years old. Children 8–16 must be accompanied by an adult. However, this adult does not need to abseil
• Before participating in any Riverlife activity, all participants must sign a Riverlife Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by an Agent or Guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years
• While it is useful if you know how to swim, you will have a Personal Flotation Device (Lifejacket) to ensure you are floating if you fall in. Your instructor will be nearby to assist you if you fall into the river

Terms & Conditions:

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or reschedule
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Adventures may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. On the rare occasion Riverlife needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, a new booking will be made or a voucher issued at no cost. Please assume that your tour is going ahead unless you hear otherwise
• By booking a tour or equipment hire, you agree to pay for any damage to equipment above expected wear and tear. This includes any property stolen or lost while in your possession
• No alcohol is to be consumed prior to ANY Riverlife Adventure Booking

Cancellations:

• This offer is non-refundable once purchased

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee of $12.50 per person provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your activity
• If between 24–48 hours’ notice has been given, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person
• If less than 24 hours’ notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking
• Gift vouchers are fully exchangeable and can be used on any adventure to the value of the original gift voucher

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
