Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. A change fee may apply to changes made within 72 hours and are subject to availability

Availability:

• Available: Every day from 9am–6pm (last entry 5pm). Tours depart at 10am and 1pm
• Not valid: Public holidays (as applicable)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Please note that you must arrive at Crocosaurus Cove at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled VIP tour start time. Tours must be booked a min of 1 hour prior to departure.

Important:

• Seniors rate is valid for holders of a valid and government issued seniors card. ID must be presented upon entry
• Food and drinks are not included in entry ticket
• Reptile shows and aquarium exhibits are subject to availability and may be closed or altered without notice due to maintenance requirements
• Show times may vary
• VIP tour times and dates can be amended once your reservation is confirmed

Terms & Conditions:

• All participants must follow the instructions of Crocosaurus Cove staff members at all times. Entry is at the participant’s own risk
• Minimum of two people is required for tour to go ahead. Maximum of eight people per tour
• Minimum age for this experience is 4. Maximum of 3 children per paying adult. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by parents at all times
• You will be handling various reptiles that are used to being handled, however they can bite. If they do, please listen to the instructions of Crocosaurus Cove staff members
• It is very important that everyone follows the instructions of the crocodile handlers. The big crocodiles are very dangerous. If you jump over the feeding wall, the crocodiles will attack you, so please don’t do that!
• Reptiles are cold-blooded animals and their energy levels and feeding habits can vary depending on weather conditions and temperatures. Throughout the dry season, May–September, feeding performances may be affected due to lack of appetite. However, they will still try to eat you so please stay out of the water
