Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 October 2025 until 30 September 2026 (bookings must be made before 31 August 2026).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Optional Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 or 25 December 2025, an additional surcharge of IDR605,000 per person applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve dinner at The Cafe. A charge of IDR1,160,390 net applies for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Dinner applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Entertainment: For stays on 31 December 2025, a fee of IDR1,573,000 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Entertainment in the Grand Ballroom (including a non-alcoholic drinks package). Payable directly to the resort. Please note the surcharge includes entertainment and non-alcoholic drinks only and does not include dinner.

Optional New Year Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2025, an additional surcharge of IDR1,960,000 per person applies at The Café. For extra guests, a charge of IDR2,563,990 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort

Important: Campaign packages are valid for North America, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Hong Kong and ASEAN countries (excluding Indonesia) residents only. Customers who aren’t residents of North America, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Hong Kong or ASEAN countries (excluding Indonesia) will pay a surcharge of US$61 per room, per night on check-in, payable directly to the resort.

Festival Season Surcharges: Additional surcharges apply during festive seasons at IDR242,000 per adult on 14 and 16–17 Feb 2026, from 19–21 March 2026 and 5 April 2026. Guests staying on 1 January 2026 are required to pay a surcharge of IDR275,000 per adult. Payable directly upon check in.

Check-out Restrictions: No departures are permitted on 31 December 2025.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Return Transfers from Nusa Dua hotel to Canna Bali Beach Club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• Transfers between Canna Bali and the Airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades, including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 68 00.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Vehicle can fit three pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be requested at time of booking or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Luxury Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Premium return airport transfers in a Toyota Alphard or similar, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Full transfer information is required to confirm your booking, please ensure you complete your transfer details via your account when you have the necessary information, including flights.
• Vehicle can fit two large and three small suitcases OR four medium suitcases.
• An infant seat can be requested at time of booking or guests may bring their own.
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided.
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival, should your driver need to contact you.
