  • The one-time buffet lunch or dinner (4+ night packages only) is bottomless pizza served at Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza.
  • The RM100 dining credit is to be used as RM50 credit for dining at Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes and RM50 credit for dining at Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza.
  • Nightly cocktails are served at the Premium Leisure Lounge from 5pm–7pm.
  • 20th Club lounge access includes private check-in, afternoon tea from 3pm–5pm, and two hours of free-flow cocktails and canapes from 5pm–7pm. The lounge is exclusive to guests aged 18+. Children are not permitted. Those travelling with children are offered alternative access to the Premier Leisure Lounge.
  • Spa discount applies to massage and facial treatments only at Sunway MediSpa. Spa is open between 10am and 7pm. RM400 minimum spend applies.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
