Oaks Port Douglas Resort is a serene oasis surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a short drive from Four Mile Beach and Macrossan Street. The resort is located a scenic one-hour drive from Cairns Airport. Transfers are not included in standard packages, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. These packages include a one-way arrival airport transfer from Cairns Airport to Oaks Port Douglas, a full-day Great Barrier Reef cruise with Quicksilver and A$50 food and drinks credit. The Ultimate Upgrade is valid for two adults. The Ultimate Family Upgrade is valid for two adults and two children (aged 12 years and under). Please see below for Fine Print:

• Quicksilver will be in touch within two business days to book your desired date, subject to availability. If your desired date is not available, the customer will receive a full refund of the cruise cost.
• Certified divers must bring their certification card.
• Fuel surcharge: With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure.
• Drones are not permitted onboard the cruise.
• The following optional tours are available at an additional cost: introductory and certified scuba diving, ocean-walker helmet diving, marine biologist guided snorkel tours, scenic helicopter flights.
• Drinks and snacks are available for purchase onboard. The cruise departs from 44 Wharf Street, Port Douglas. This experience does not include hotel transfers, please plan accordingly.
• The cruise upgrade is valid for two adults only (except for Ultimate Family Upgrade packages). Additional guests may be added for a surcharge: adults (aged 13 years and over) may be added for a surcharge of A$190 per adult, children (aged 12 years and under) may be added for a surcharge of A$15 per child. Family packages (valid for two adults and two children aged 11 years and under) are available for a surcharge of A$390.
• One food and drinks credit provided per room.
• Ultimate Family Upgrade: The cruise in the family upgrade is valid for a maximum of two adults and two children (aged 12 years and under) travelling in the same group. Additional guests may be added for a surcharge: adults (aged 13 years and over) may be added for a surcharge of A$190 per adult, children (aged 11 years and under) may be added for a surcharge of A$15 per child. Family packages (valid for two adults and two children aged 12 years and under) are available for a surcharge of A$390.
• Private Airport Transfer: Exemplar Coaches and Limousines will contact you by return email to confirm your booking and departure time. Rates are per vehicle each way based on a maximum number of occupants.
