7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is buffet style, served at Odyssey from 7am—10.30am. Includes free-flow sparkling wine.
• Lunch and dinner are available at Odyssey from 12pm—10pm, with last order at 9.30pm. Guests can choose a starter, main and dessert from a select menu per meal. Lunch and dinner do not include Odyssey specialty meals, grilled menu items or charcoal woodfire options, and the seafood platter must be shared between two (subject to change). Advance booking is advised.
• Daily free-flow drinks hour is served at the pool bar from 2pm until 3pm and includes cocktails from a select menu.
• Welcome cocktail will be a fresh coconut and a rum cocktail per adult, served in the lobby at check-in.
• Complimentary resort activities must be booked in advance through the hotel upon arrival. Rotating workshops include yoga, meditation, jogging, Muay Thai, pilates, stretching, HIIT cardio, mixology, Thai cooking and Thai language classes. Please refer to hotel website for schedules.
• Included massages can be enjoyed at Exhale Spa from 10am—8pm. Massages are recommended to be booked in advance through the hotel upon arrival.
• Shuttle to Fisherman’s Wharf operates as per resort schedule. Shuttle must be booked in advance.
• 15% spa, drinks and dining discount does not have a minimum spend. Spa treatments have a minimum time of 60 minutes. Discount can be applied multiple times during the stay. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, including Happy Hour promotions.
• Four hours of daily free-flow cocktails (select packages only) are available at the pool bar between 11am — 11pm (excpet during Happy Hour period from 3pm – 5pm).

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
