The resort is approximately a 90-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Plantation Restaurant from 7am–11am.
• Nightly cocktail is served at Cabana Lounge from 4pm–6pm.
• To avoid disappointment, please book spa treatments in advance. Bookings available from 9am–9pm.
• Daily lunch is two courses and nightly dinner is three courses, chosen from a set menu served at Plantation Restaurant or Cabana Lounge.
• Guests can choose to dine at either Plantation Restaurant or Cabana Lounge.
• Daily afternoon tea includes light finger food and a cup of tea or coffee rom 3pm–4pm. Advance booking is required.
• Shuttle service departs the hotel lobby at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm. Times are subject to change.
• Reservation required for 60-minute rice paddy tour. Enquire with hotel upon arrival. Minimum age for guests attending the rice paddy tour is five years old.
• Yoga is held on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Tai Chi is held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Both activities run from 8am – 9am. Subject to change.

One-Way OR Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
