How Status Match works
Four steps to match your existing loyalty status

Book a Hotel, Tour or Cruise offer for a minimum of 3 nights and travel within the next 3 months.
4. Status activates
After you return from your trip, we'll review your documentation. Once verified, we'll upgrade your Société status tier within 4 weeks.
What we need to verify your status
To verify your status, your documentation must meet these criteria
Your photos must include:
- App screenshot
- Digital card
- Account dashboard
Your proof must clearly show
Your full name (must match your Société account)
The loyalty program name
Your eligible status tier
Valid expiration date or current membership date

Frequently asked questions
The Société Status Match is available by invitation only to select Société Bronze members in the UK. If you've received an invitation, simply complete the online application form before the campaign close date.

You'll need to provide a colour copy (digital accepted) of your current membership card or a screenshot of your online account with the qualifying airline or OTA. The documentation must clearly show the program name, your eligible status tier, and your name.
The details must match those on your Société account. Société reserves the right to decline applications or cancel matched status if documentation is found to be inaccurate or does not meet our requirements.
No. Only members who have earned their status through their own activity and met their program's published requirements are eligible. Status received through gifting, pooling, or complimentary grants does not qualify.
Once enrolled, you have three months from your pre-approval date to book and complete a minimum stay of 3 nights on a Hotel, Tour, or Cruise.
Your status will be updated within four weeks of returning from your stay. There is no need to contact us - this happens automatically.
You will hold your matched Société status until the end of your following membership year. To retain your status going forward, you'll need to continue meeting Société's standard retention requirements.
No. The Société Status Match is available once per member, every three years.

The Status Match is designed to welcome members who hold Bronze status with Société. Members who already hold Gold or Platinum are not eligible to apply.

Terms & Conditions
- The Status Match Challenge is available to select Société Bronze members based in the United Kingdom who have received a direct invitation from Luxury Escapes via email. Participants must be aged 18 years or over and hold a valid Luxury Escapes account.
- Applications are open from 27/04/2026 12:01am AEDT to 01 June 2026 11:59pm AEDT ("Challenge Period"). No applications will be accepted after this date.
- To apply, invited members must submit valid proof of their qualifying partner loyalty status via the link provided in their invitation email. Upon submission, the challenge is immediately unlocked and eligible members may proceed to book a qualifying stay without waiting for confirmation.
- To complete the challenge, members must book and complete a minimum stay of 3 nights on a Hotel, Tour, or Cruise within 3 months of their application date.
- Following completion of the qualifying stay, all documentation will be manually reviewed by the Luxury Escapes team. Luxury Escapes reserves the right to reject any application where documentation is deemed incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise insufficient at its sole discretion. Please allow up to 4 business weeks to receive a decision.
- Upon successful verification, the matched Société status tier (Silver or Gold, as determined by the applicant's qualifying partner status at the time of application) will be activated until the end of the customer's following membership year. Status is not activated at the point of booking or application. Luxury Escapes Société T&Cs apply (see https://luxuryescapes.com/au/societe-terms-and-conditions).
- This offer is limited to one (1) status match per eligible member every three (3) years and is not available to members who have received a status match within this period.
- Applicants whose application is denied may submit one (1) appeal within 14 days of receiving their denial notification, including any additional supporting documentation. The outcome of the appeal is final.
- Matched status is not transferable to other members and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- This offer may be extended or withdrawn without prior notice.
