The Shore at Katathani

The Shore at Katathani is nestled moments from the secluded, porcelain-white sands of Kata Noi Beach. The resort’s privileged cliffside location promises blissful seclusion and sweeping views across the Andaman Sea, while still being within easy reach of Phuket’s top attractions, including popular Karon and Patong beaches. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast will be an American set-menu or buffet-style breakfast served from 6.30am–10.30am at The Harbor restaurant.
• Nightly free-flow drinks hour is available from 4pm–5pm at The Nest Beach Club and includes free-flow cocktails, local beer, house wine, juice or soft drinks from a set menu.
• A daily two-course lunch or dinner requires bookings to secure your preferred restaurant (otherwise, the hotel will allocate you a restaurant).
  • Lunch is served from 11am–4pm at The Harbor or any of the four restaurants at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort.
  • Set-menu dinner is served from 6pm–11pm at The Harbor or Param Para.
• Included massage is a choice of Thai or oil massage, available at Serenity Spa from 10am–7pm daily, with the last appointment at 5pm. Advanced massage bookings are essential.
• One-time floating breakfast is available from 6.30am–10.30am. 24 hours advanced booking is essential.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Sunset Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Shared van transfer from the resort, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, Chalong Pier fees, Thai buffet dinner, drinking water, soft drinks, seasonal fruit, life jacket and insurance.
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor
• A minimum of 17 guests is required for the charter to operate. If the minimum is not met, your booking may be rescheduled to the next available departure date
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including travel time
• Minimum age: 4 years
• The tour is not recommended to guests with disabilities
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of ICS Thailand for passenger and crew safety
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
