Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa enjoys an incredible beachfront location on Bali’s southern peninsula, with Nusa Dua Beach right on its doorstep. Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2026, an additional surcharge of US$95 per adult (12+) and US$47.50 per child (6–11 years) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Buffet breakfast is served at Wedang Jahe Restaurant from 6.30am — 10.30am.
• Lunch is a two-course set menu, served from 12pm — 3pm at any open restaurant.
• Dinner is a two-course a la carte menu, available at any open restaurant on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. A mandatory themed buffet is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Restaurant hours are subject to change.
• Daily three-hour free-flow drinks (select packages) are available daily from 3pm — 6pm at Chess Bar or The Lobby Bar. Unlimited free-flow drinks (select packages) are available daily during the opening hours of our food and beverage outlets. Drinks can be ordered from a special non-premium drink list.
• Included massages are two 50-minute Balinese massages per room, or one 50-minute Balinese massages per room for solo packages. Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled massage 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Due to high demand, reservations must be made at least two days in advance. Booking your spa treatment upon your arrival is highly recommended.
• Complimentary access to the fitness centre and sauna is from 6am - 10pm. Guests must be 12+ years to access the resort’s gym, sauna and steam rooms.
• Gecko Kids’ Club is available daily (9am to 6pm) for children aged 3 — 12 years.
• A babysitting service is available at a charge of IDR 65,000+ per hour, per child (excludes taxes and service charges).
• The welcome drink is a fruit punch served at Lobby Bar.
• Butler service is included from 7am unti 11pm for guests in Nusa Dua Suite and Royal Residence.

Palace Club Lounge Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages)

• Palace Club Lounge is open daily from 6.30am — 11pm.
• Please note, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the lounge.
• Daily afternoon tea is available from 3pm — 5pm at the Palace Club Lounge.
• Daily extended evening cocktails are served with canapes at the Palace Club Lounge from 5.30pm to 7pm daily (in addition to the three hours of free-flow drinks included in your package).
• Lounge access perks also include 3pm late checkout, a cold towel upon check-in at Palace Club Lounge, welcome fruit and flowers upon arrival, daily in-room turn-down service, complimentary pressing service for four garments on arrival day, complimentary in-room bottled water refreshed daily.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages)

• Includes: Free one-day entrance to Canna Bali Beach Club including complimentary use of the Luxury Escapes departure lounge, one cocktail or mocktail per person, a complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, and shared return transfers between Canna Bali Beach Club and Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Additional discounts include:
• IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage
• IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria
• IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required)
• IDR 500,000 discount per package towards a purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa package
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages)

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (21+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club.
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailingluxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
