ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas is ideally situated in the vibrant coastal neighbourhood of Canggu, renowned for its hip beach clubs, excellent restaurants and world-class surf spots. Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is available from 7am to 11am at ZIN Cafe. Excludes smoothies, acai bowls or items with salmon.
• Welcome drink is a choice of whole coconut, cold brew or tangerine juice.
• Nightly cocktail is available from 6pm to 9pm at ZIN Cafe.
• Free access to the ZINFIT from 6am to 9pm.
• The included Balinese full-body massage is recommended to be booked in advance.
• This is a choice between a 30-minute stress relief massage or a 45-minute stress meltdown treatment.
• ZYCLE class at ZINFIT is a duration of 45 minutes. Advanced booking is preferred.
• Included lunch or dinners at ZIN Cafe include one main course per person, one shared appetiser and one dessert.
• Lunch is served from 11.30am until 4pm. Dinner is available from 6.30pm.
• ZIN Cafe is open daily from 6.30am to 12am. Last food orders must be made by 11:30pm.
• The Shop by ZIN is open daily from 8am to 9pm. The 10% discount is on all items in the store.
• ZINSPA is open daily from 9am to 9pm.
• A minimum spend of IDR200,000 is required for access to ZIN@Work Co-Working Space.

Return Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Inclusions: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee, 330ml bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
