High Season Surcharges: A surcharge of THB300 (approx. AUD$11) per room per night applies for stays 24 December 2016 to 4 January 2017, 27 January 2017 to 31 January 2017, 13 February 2017 to 15 February 2017, payable directly to the resort.

Buy Now & Book Later: Don’t want to lock in your dates straight away? Choose ‘Buy Now & Book Later’ to purchase a package and book dates at a later period within the validity period. To book your dates, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Accommodation packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, one additional adult aged 12 years or older may stay for a surcharge of $55 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: In addition to two adults, one child aged 11 years or younger may stay free of charge sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: One baby aged three years or under may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available on request (subject to availability).

Booking confirmation must be presented at check-in.

All surcharges are payable directly to the hotel.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated) and menu options are subject to change.

Please note, the Tower Club Lounge adheres to a smart casual dress code. They do not permit athletic or sports uniforms, torn clothing, slippers, beach sandals, flip-flops and Birkenstocks. Gentlemen must avoid sleeveless t-shirts, shorts and open shoes. The smart casual dress code applies to children as well.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this accommodation package.

Strictly no refunds for this accommodation package for amendments and change of date - fees are at the hotel’s discretion/policy.

Please be advised that rack rates may not be reflective of actual rates being charged, dependent on the timing and manner of your booking and therefore are only indicative of the level of saving.
