Flights to Dublin depart daily from major Australian cities with a duration of approximately 24 hours via carriers including Qantas, Ethiad, Cathay Pacific, Virgin Australia, Emirates and Singapore Airlines.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 15.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 13 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 8 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 15 hours).

The easiest way to get to The Lodge is by car from Dublin airport (approximately 2.5 hours’ drive). Or, you can fly into Cork and take the Wild Atlantic Way up through past the Cliffs of Moher and through Galway for a more scenic route.

Transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Deluxe Room – Packages are valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and a baby. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests (aged 12 years and over) can be accommodated.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Duplex Suite – Packages are valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and one child or baby. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of EUR95 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) free of charge, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Ashford Castle and its facilities will be closed to all non-residents of Ashford Castle. To avoid disappointment, it is recommended that reservations for the castle’s dining and spa facilities be made well in advance.
