After careful consideration we chose the Sofitel over other accor properties in HCMC. Happy we did. A more relaxed atmosphere than some hotels which suits us. The food is excellent with the breakfast buffet being one of the best. Service is very good and all staff and been friendly and welcoming - I can only say if you get a non friendly welcome here, you are the problem and might need to smile.

I had a great stay at Sofitel in District 1. What I love the most is that the gym is super awesome - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. A big shout-out to Minh, a staff member at the gym. He’s super friendly and always ready to help, making me feel really welcome and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for the great service and excellent staffs' hospitality, as well as the amazing gym!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing experience at Sofitel Saigon Plaza! From the moment we arrived, the VIP treatment was impeccable—attentive staff, a beautifully designed room, and top-tier amenities. The rooftop pool bar was a highlight, offering stunning city views, delicious cocktails, and a great ambiance. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Service was flawless, making our stay feel truly luxurious. If you’re looking for a 5-star experience in Saigon, this is the place to be! We’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful morning at Sofitel, starting with a rich and flavorful breakfast buffet. The variety of dishes was impressive, and each one was carefully prepared, delicious, and of excellent quality. Everything was beautifully presented, making the experience even more enjoyable from the very first glance. But what truly impressed me wasn’t just the great food—it was the outstanding service. The staff here are exceptional; they pay attention to every little detail, always ready to assist, and make guests feel genuinely welcome. I especially want to compliment That, Lan, and Thy. They were not only quick and attentive but also highly professional and incredibly friendly. Their dedication made my breakfast not just delicious but also a truly enjoyable experience. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely not miss breakfast here. A fantastic experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for perfection in both cuisine and service!
