7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Club Millesime Access: Access from 7am to 8pm with priority check-in/out, personalised concierge services, VIP welcome amenity, and at participating venues: complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks daily, breakfast from 7am to 11am, afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm and happy hour from 6pm to 8pm.
  • Please note that breakfast is not served in the club lounge.
• Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult and are restricted from the business zone/section throughout the day and from entering the Club Millésime during pre-dinner hours between 6pm to 8pm.

Dine-around credit

• Included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend applies.
• Credit can be enjoyed at any onsite venue or participating resorts in Al Hamra:
  • The Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach – Shore House, Beach Deck
  • Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah – Azure, Camelia, Qasr Al Bahar, Lexington Grill & Bar, Palm Shore, Sunset Beach Lounge, Sijar, Umi
• Up to two children may dine free of charge when accompanied by a paying parent.
• Credit cannot be accumulated. Available during lunch or dinner only. Drinks are not included.

Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private transfer in a premium vehicle (Lexus, BMW 5 Series or similar) with an English-speaking driver, complimentary bottled water and free Wi-Fi.
• Once you have finalised your transfer details (including flight information), Elevate DMC will contact you within one to three days to confirm your booking.
• Meeting point: Elevate DMC Airport Representatives will be wearing orange and holding signage for easy recognition.
• Rates are per car, one way, valid for up to three or four passengers depending on your accommodation package (including children and infants).
• Luggage allowance:
  • Up to three passengers: two large suitcases
  • Up to four passengers: three large suitcases and one small suitcase
• Infant or child seats are available on request at a surcharge from USD$5 per seat, per trip. A maximum of two child seats per car applies. Guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for up to one hour from scheduled arrival. Delays exceeding one hour or no-shows will result in cancellation without refund.
• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made at least 12 hours prior to departure. Booking changes require six hours’ notice.
