7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Traditional Balinese massage can be redeemed at Six Senses Spa from 9am to 9pm daily. Advanced bookings essential.
- Daily buffet breakfast served at Rocka between 7.30am and 11am.

- Lunch is available from 12pm to 4pm and dinner from 6pm to 11pm (last order at 10.30pm). Advanced bookings essential.

- Daily unlimited ice-cream is available at the Ice Cream Corner near the main pool area from 12pm to 4pm.
- Organic garden tour is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Bookings are required at least 24 hours in advance. Guided by the Sustainability Manager, the experience includes an educational tour around the organic garden through all the herb, salad and chili varieties as well as the mushroom hut. Tour begins at 4.30pm and ends at approximately 5pm.
- Children (five and under) must be accompanied by parents at all times in the kids’ club.
- The complimentary Cinema Under the Stars experience includes access to a relaxing sun lounger, homemade popcorn and state of the art surround-sound to enjoy the movie. Scheduled screenings take place three times a week starting at 7.30pm, but screenings can also be arranged for couples, families or groups.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
- Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
- Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
